Posted below are three photos that I took of the puppies on 10/24/07.   The pups have their eyes open and are moving around more.  They are so very cute.

The temperatures have dropped into the 20's at night.  If it stops raining, we plan on moving the pups outside this weekend.

Photo on your left.  "Man, how am I supposed to get to the chow hall with HIM asleep on top of me?  I can't move.  Wonder if anything will be left by the time I get there?"

Photo on your right.  "Gee, this chow hall is getting more crowded every day.  They should consider expanding."

These photos were taken 10/27/07.  The pups are still in the barn today as it is very cold and raining.  We will plan on moving them out this next week.

Today we started the puppies on some fresh goats milk to supplement their feedings to help Lokum out.  It is so cute to watch the pups when they begin to drink for the first time.  I wish I had sound.  They are all busy lapping up the milk.  It is such a sweet sound.

As you can see, at first the pups get more milk on themselves than they drink.  All the white and wet looking spots on the pups are milk :)

In this photo taken 10/27/07 the pups have finished up as much as they can drink and are now licking milk off of each other.  They are certainly fat and happy.  I gave Lokum all milk that was left over.  She was very happy to clean it up :)
