Rosey with her little Ewe Opal. Photo above taken 3/3/08 This is Rosey with her little ewe Opal. Rosey wormed her way into our hearts the moment she set hooves on our farm. She bonded with us quickly and follows us about. Rosey is dearly loved and has the most fantastic personality of any Ewe we own. Rosey hit it off with Yasemin and Inca right away even though she had never seen a dog before. She went up to both Kangal's immediately. She trusted them from the start and wants to be where they are. When Inca comes into the barn, the first thing she does is go up to check on Rosey and Suri. Rosey is registered with the American Karakul Sheep Registry. She was born on Feb. 13, 2005 and has lamed twice. Rosey has a beautiful white fleece. No fleece is for sale this year from Rosey. I am keeping it for myself for handcrafted braided rugs. If there is an interest in fleece for 2009, I will accept reservations. |
