The Gentlemen

We have put a lot of  time and effort into the selection of our foundation bucks.  Each one of our foundation bucks was chosen very carefully from what we feel are some of the best bloodlines across the country. 

We carefully considered the characteristics of the Nubian Dairy Goat.  We want high breed standards reflected in our animals.  Much time and effort was spent looking at pedigrees and performance of the sires/dams, grand sires/grand dams and so on, of our bucks.  

We owned several excellent bucks in the past who sired very nice kids for us.  These bucks can be viewed under Reference Bucks button.  Many we proved up ourselves and earned their championships.

We wish we could have retained them all but age, Ed's job, and health issues became a factor to us and we did not want to hold these boys back.  They were sold to herds that are:  Showing, on DHIR, and/or have LA's done on their stock.  They are gone but will never be forgotten.  We have semen for our use from all of them.

We have purchased semen from some of the best bucks ever available.  We will begin blending their lines in with the lines of our foundation animals to continually improve and obtain the best of the best to be had.  A partial list of straws is on our AI straw page.  We are currently up-dating several of our pages.
