        Black Tie - July 12, 2003.       The Gentle Giant & Yasemin - Rainy Day Blues - 11/15/03.

Tie is 43 inches from ground to withers and is around 300 lbs.  This is an UN-OFFICIAL measurement.  We are more than pleased with this very nice buck.  He is a very gentle giant.

Tie is very dairy. He is HUGE and VERY correct.  His weight runs off the tape.

Black Tie is a proven buck that produces very large, tall, long, elegant kids that have a very good general appearance, grow rapidly, and have strong medials.  Tie brings height, dairy character, and helps with teat placement.  He adds smoothness in the front end and stature (or uphill look), he adds more width in the rear.  He has several daughters that have placed in the top 10 at the Nationals.

Black Tie should  compliment the offspring from Prince Valient very well.  The cross should strengthen the type and dairy character I get from Val and add even more udder support which is already great coming from Val.  We expect Tie to make a big impact on our herd.
